Our client needed to develop a category management process manual which would effectively integrate the trading functions of two separate companies.
 

Approach


Working alongside key stakeholders within both companies we were able to:

  • Design a process manual that fully integrated both companies as one trading unit
  • Implement a full category management training program
  • Deliver a full rollout programme for all new process activities
