Supporting the UK's Largest PC retailer deliver a 41 store refit and new store opening program within a 5 month time frame.
 

Approach


Working with key stakeholders we were able to:

 

  • Impact all major aspects of the renewal programme including capital appropriation
  • Project manage the critical path of each store renewal
  • Negotiate supplier support contributions
  • Devise re-launch marketing programmes
  • Drive the delivery of new management training and product knowledge programmes.


Results


As a result of the work conducted, the client was able to deliver the project on time, within budget (c.£22m) and achieve a £3m supplier support contribution.
