Overview


Our client had no method of managing the performance of its individual business units and required a suite of key performance indictors to be developed.
 

Approach


Working within each business function we were able to design and implement a suite of balanced score cards, which included:

 

  • Key sales, cost and profit indicators
  • Internal business process indicators
  • Inventory control monitor
  • Retention, training and development monitors


Results


Over a 12 week trial period our client identified significant performance improvements within each of their business units and moved the project from trial to full Company rollout.
